After a dozen or so hours of painting, at about 4.00, a butterfly flew into my studio. One can imagine that if you are the author of the only air movement (apart from paint on canvas) after so much time, the experience of any additional movement evokes some kind of euphoria. A smile appears since you have the impression that someone has just visited you. This meeting ended in a drama. Our butterfly turned out to be either a kamikaze or it had an overwhelming will to be noticed, which I decided to appreciate, obviously.
